To celebrate Switzerland, our chef has created an authentic menu that showcases the flavours of the region:

Pink Bernese tomato served with goat cheese or fresh cheese
Cold leek and potato soup (leek vichyssoise)

Main Course
Potato salad with a choice of two grilled sausages: cervelat, schüblig or veal sausage

Dessert
Meringue, double cream, and red berries
