From amusement parks and indoor play centres to mountain resorts and themed worlds, here are ten unmissable places in French-speaking Switzerland where children and adults alike can have a royal time.
1) Fort de Chillon Museum (opposite Chillon Castle)
Located directly opposite the famous Chillon Castle, the Fort de Chillon Museum offers a fun and interactive journey through history. Children can discover the region’s military history through engaging exhibitions, historical objects and discovery areas designed with younger visitors in mind.

2) Magic Parc in Rennaz – the new leisure park
Formerly known as Fun Planet, Magic Parc reopened its doors in Rennaz this summer with a renewed offering spread over more than 10,500 m². The park is divided into several areas: bowling, billiards, darts, karaoke, arcade games and virtual reality, as well as a children’s area featuring bumper cars, glow-in-the-dark mini-golf, trampolines and slides.
A climbing wall adds to the attractions, while a sports area with a fitness centre and padel court is planned for the future. Magic Parc is shaping up to be a complete family destination where everyone can find something to enjoy.
3) Aquaparc in Le Bouveret – the largest water park in French-speaking Switzerland
On the shores of Lake Geneva, Aquaparc welcomes families into a tropical world heated all year round. A wave pool, lazy river, pirate ship, spectacular water slides—including an 85 km/h looping slide—and the Sharkyland children’s area make this park a leading destination for aquatic fun.
Toddlers can enjoy facilities specially designed for them, including changing facilities, swim nappies and armbands, while older children can take on the black and red slides. A day of splashing and laughter guaranteed.
4) Swiss Vapeur Parc in Le Bouveret – a miniature world on a grand scale
Just a short distance from Aquaparc, Swiss Vapeur Parc transports visitors young and old into the world of miniature steam trains. Covering 19,000 m², the park features more than 1,500 metres of railway tracks winding through remarkably detailed miniature Swiss landscapes, complete with replicas of monuments, stations, bridges and tunnels.
Four railway routes are available, including the new Chocolat Express operated by TPF. Children—and adults too!—can climb aboard locomotives built to a 1:4 scale for an unforgettable railway adventure.
5) Jumpland in Aigle – jump without limits
Near the Aigle motorway exit, Jumpland is a 1,000 m² trampoline park where children—and adults!—can bounce to their heart’s content. Jump zones, slacklines, a foam pit, dodgeball and trampoline basketball provide hours of active entertainment.
For those looking for a more competitive challenge, a next-generation pirate-themed laser tag experience completes the offering. Open to children aged 4 and over, with adult supervision required for children under 7.
6) Xstreampark in Collombey – surfing, bodyboarding and trampolines
In Collombey-Muraz, Xstreampark offers a unique experience in Switzerland: surfing an artificial wave all year round, either standing up or on a bodyboard, with views of the Alps. The park also features 800 m² of interactive trampolines, MaxAir modules, a BigAirBag zone and dodgeball.

7) Labyrinthe Aventure in Evionnaz
Between Martigny and Saint-Maurice, Labyrinthe Aventure invites visitors to get lost in more than 3 km of winding paths. The site also offers mini-golf, billiards, table football, inflatable castles, trampolines and a play area for toddlers.

8) Western City in Martigny – step into the Wild West
Western City takes children aged 3 and over into the legendary world of the Wild West. Spread over 10,000 m², the park offers more than 70 challenges for little cowboys: pony rides, skill games, themed trails and Western shows.
A fully immersive experience that brings back the spirit of Lucky Luke and gold prospectors, ideal for a fun outing lasting between 2 and 4 hours.
9) Urbakids in Orbe – inflatable castles, trampolines and a corn maze
Urba Kids is a 1,300 m² indoor play centre, plus 400 m² of outdoor space, dedicated to children aged 0–12. Inflatable castles, trampolines, mini electric cars, ball pits and slides keep children entertained all year round.
In summer, the Urba Byrinthe corn maze offers two routes of around 1 km each, featuring puzzles and original storylines. Open 7 days a week, except on 25 December.
10) Moléson – a mountain playground in the Gruyère region
At an altitude of 2,002 metres, Moléson offers 360° panoramic views and activities for the whole family. In summer: hiking trails, a via ferrata, mountain-bike trails, a fun park, a demonstration cheese dairy and a rail toboggan run.
In winter, the family-friendly ski area offers 30 km of slopes as well as sledging runs. Accessible by funicular and then panoramic cable car, Moléson embodies the spirit of the Swiss mountains.
